C.O.D. is available in the U.S. only. Payment must be made by bank check or money order. The UPS fee for C.O.D. is $9.Refused C.O.D. orders will be charged both the fee and a $17 restocking fee Multiple violations will result in account closure

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges for up to thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.To return or exchange an item please call 888-824-5529 for an RA Number (Return Authorization). No returns will be processed without an RA Number. RA Numbers must be clearly printed on the outsideof the returned products package. All returned products should be packed securely for shipping.You are responsible for, and must prepay all shipping charges. You must also assume all risk of loss, or damage to the product while in transit to Pulse. If you return a product to Pulse without the RA Number,or without properly packaging the item, Pulse retains the right to either refuse delivery of the item or charge a restocking fee. Please open your package upon arrival and inspect all products and invoices.If you have received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise please notify Customer Service within 5 days of product delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty -All electronics are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase.Breaching the case voids the warranty. Warranties are non-transferable.

Shipping - Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Please note when ordering that shipping upgrades reflecttime in transit only. Ship dates depend on when orders are placed and product availability. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date please contact a Customer Service Rep. Due to fluctuations in shipping costs please contact us for the most up to date pricing. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping with USPS is available upon request for domestic or international orders.

International- International orders can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or money order. If paying by money order you must call or email for number and total. All money orders must be drawn in US Dollars. Please include order number. Transfers are subject to a $30 bank fee. Orders shipped outside the United States are responsible for tariffs, duties and import taxes. Foreign order Credit Cards subject to a 3% inter conversion service charge.

Some metals used could include Antimony, Arsenic, Beryllium, Cobalt, Lead, Lead compounds, Nickel and Selenium, collectively referred to as toxic metals, each of which is a toxic chemical that is known to the State of CA to be carcinogenic and/or may result in reproductive harm.
